Buyfood.ch ist eine Online-Bestellplattform für Lebensmittel, mit der Sie auf Menüs in Ihren lokalen Restaurants zugreifen und Lebensmittel direkt bei diesen bestellen können, die entweder an eine Adresse geliefert oder zur Abholung vorgesehen sind.

Derzeit ist Buyfood.ch in Zürich und Schaffhausen tätig. Das Unternehmen baut seine Präsenz in anderen Städten der Schweiz aus.

Es ist so einfach wie die direkte Bestellung der Lebensmittel, aber der Unterschied ist, dass Sie eine digitale Schnittstelle verwenden, die Ihre Bestellungen, Ausgaben und definitiv - die Erfahrung - verfolgen kann. Darüber hinaus können Sie während der Bestellung über unsere Plattform spezielle Rabattgutscheine, Sonderangebote und Freebies erhalten, die Sie möglicherweise nicht nutzen, wenn Sie einen Spaziergang machen oder andere Plattformen nutzen.

Sie sind bereits auf der Website. Zur Startseite. Geben Sie Ihre Postleitzahl in die Suchleiste ein. Blättern Sie durch und wählen Sie ein Restaurant aus. Wählen Sie Ihr Lieblingsgericht für den Tag aus und legen Sie es in den Warenkorb. Fahren Sie mit dem Bestellvorgang fort

Sie werden eine Anweisungsbox finden, während Sie Ihre Bestellung aufgeben, Sie können alle Anweisungen erwähnen, die Sie vielleicht wünschen, um das Restaurant anzuweisen.

Sie erhalten eine Auftragsbestätigung an die E-Mail-Adresse, die Sie bei der Bestellung angegeben haben.

Orders and Delivery 

In order to cancel the order, please call us immediately. A confirmed order cannot be cancelled through the website. We would call the restaurant & upon the confirmation from the restaurant we will send you an order cancellation email in next 15-20 minutes.
If you have paid for the order, the payment is refunded in one hour from the time you receive an order cancellation confirmation email.
Please note: In case the restaurant has prepared your order, cancellation is not possible.

In this case, you will need to cancel the order by calling us and then place a new order, meanwhile We would call the restaurant & upon the confirmation from the restaurant we will send you an order cancellation email in next 15-20 minutes.
If you have paid for the order, the payment is refunded in one hour from the time you receive an order cancellation confirmation email.
Please note: In case the restaurant has prepared your order, cancellation is not possible.

You will receive an email, just in case you did not we are sorry for the inconveniences caused by system. In such case, please call us immediately

The delivery depends on each of the resultants we have partnered, the maximum time taken for delivery from all the restaurants is 45 minutes.

We do not collect any delivery charges, you pay only for the food and there is no fee in the form of registration, subscription or operational.

Please call us immediately, we will resolve the issue and make sure you get the right order in next 30 minutes.

In case you have paid cash to the delivery man, please do not worry your actual order from the restaurant will be right to your doorsteps. In case you want to cancel the order, the amount paid through online banking will be refunded to you in 1 hour from the time you receive an order cancellation confirmation email. If you have paid cash, the restaurant will pay you back in one hour reaching out to your home.  

Some of the deliveries are made by the restaurant and some of the deliveries are by buyfood.ch. May be because the address confusions or any road diversions the delivery can take place late. Please call us immediately, we will resolve the issue.

Payments & Refund

You can pay for your order through our secured payment gateway system using your credit cards (American Express/Master Card/ VISA Card), post finance cards, PayPal or you can pay cash on delivery. 

We do not include any extra chargers for transactions, you pay only for the menu.

You can re try at our payment gateway for twice with the right information, yet in case the payment is not successful, please call your bank to find the issue with your bank account.
If you like to continue with the order may also choose alternate payment methods like PayPal or cash on delivery.  

We are sorry, we cannot offer such options. The payment made through online are refunded on the same bank accounts. 

The cancellation process will take minimum of 15-20 minutes, once you received the order cancellation confirmation email, you will receive the refund in one hour.  

Please call us immediately, we will resolve the issue and make sure you get the right order but as you prefer for cancellation, we would call the restaurant and send you a cancellation email upon the confirmation from the restaurant. Meanwhile, restaurant will pay you back in one hour reaching out to your home from the time you receive an order cancellation confirmation email.
